One of the best courses around...

Paid £48 to play Tandridge on a Thursday, so it's not cheap, but it was worth every penny.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, the weather was lovely and the course was in excellent condition.
It's a mature parkland course laid out over some flat some hilly ground. So, tree lined fairways (generously wide) leading to usually big greens which were verrrry fast (3 putted 6 holes!).
The front nine is very pretty and a good, and fair, test of golf. The back nine is fantastic. The views to the North Downs from some of the holes is lovely and the dramatic layout of some of the holes (playing across the valley) is just superb - the 14th has to be seem to be appreciated.
All in all, very friendly club, excellent course just a pity it's quite so expensive, but I'll definitely be going back.
